Bleach 440 Spoiler Summaries by Spacecat @BA
Orihime is pierced by Tsukishima’s sword but apparently nothing happens, though maybe it did have some effect however yet we don’t know what. Ichigo and Chad arrive but Orihime doesn’t tell them what happened and just says she feels sick. Ichigo goes back to Kuugo to ask about what happened (Chad and Inoue are not saying anything but he is sure that something happened). He believes it is related to the guy that attacked Ishida. Kuugo tells him it was probably Tsukishima who is a fullbringer like them and used to be their friend. End.
ute friendship could relate to what Kuugo says in the end (that Tsukishima is no longer their friend despite him being a fullbringer) or it could to relate to Orihime telling Ichigo and Chad that the reiatsu they sensed was a friend of hers and then later she wonders to herself why she could think of that guy as a friend for a moment (not sure if that was important or not, and I haven’t been following Bleach so yeh…).
at the end Ginjou says Tsukishima was their former comrade.
